This 2.5 hours workshops will contain 3 parts:
I. Conditing
II. Handstand training
III. Breathing

Part II: Handstand training
(for those not ready training in other inversions will be given)
i. Progress towards freestanding
ii. Handstand line variations
Part III: WHM Breathing
i. Preparatory breathing exercise
ii. Breathing

Investment: £35 (Early bird: £30)
NECESSITIES:
Please bring a yoga mat, warm clothes and a bottle of water.
REQUIREMENTS:
The only pre-requisite is the ability to hold a plank for 1 minute in good form.
BONUS:
Those that book x3 "Handstand & Breathing" workshops can attend a 1hour 3students class with Anastasis. These classes take place at Light Centre Moorgate on Wednesday evening. Contact Anastasis: to confirm availability.
