Join me for some yoga, relaxation and meditation, discussion on meditation and yoga philosophy, finished off nicely with cake and a cuppa.
We meet on the 2nd Friday of each month, when we'll review and discuss how we got on with the meditation practice. No problem if you've missed sessions, you're completely new to meditation or you haven't practised!
You'll need to bring your yoga mat, cushions and blankets, and you might want a notebook and pen too.
