The UK shows will begin at Cardiff’s Motorpoint Arena on 4 May and include a stop at The O2 in London on 10 May, before concluding at the Brighton Centre on 12 May.
One of the biggest bands of the ’80s, Tears for Fears have sold 30 million albums worldwide as well as won a variety of awards. Included in their incredible back catalogue of albums is 1983’s gold-certified debut The Hurting, 1985’s quintuple-platinum BRIT Award-winning Songs from the Big Chair and 1989’s Seeds of Love. Hearing the pair perform classics such as Everybody Wants to Rule the World, Shout (shown below) and Head Over Heels is an experience not to be missed!
Their 2018 Rule the World tour follows the upcoming release of their first career-spanning greatest hits collection, Rule the World, due out on 10 November. This album will feature the first original music – the new single I Love You But I’m Lost and the acoustic track Stay – from the pair since 2004.
This tour will also be Tears for Fears first in the UK since 2005. Joining them as a special guest at all shows is three-time BRIT Award-winner and Grammy nominee Alison Moyet.
