Pilates for Dancers

This class is a combination of Barre Pilates and Mat Pilates for dancers of all abilities and styles. This is an opportunity to do some conditioning after Christmas and New Year to help you ease back into dance classes in 2017.

The class aims to strengthen postural muscles in particular in the hips and shoulders, encourage postural awareness and stretch some of those tight muscles from dancing. It is an open-level class so no prior experience of Pilates is necessary. You do not have to be a ...
