5 week Mindfulness Course

The sessions will contain a variety of mindfulness meditations, helping us to tune in with the body and breath, and learning how to bring focus to our often unfocused minds. The five sessions are best attended as a block, but each session can be attended on a drop-in basis. The weeks are as follows:

Week 1 – An Introduction to Mindfulness

Week 2 – Focusing on the Body

Week 3 – Calming the Mind

Week 4 – Working with Emotions

Week 5 – Compassion to Self and Others
